AUSTRALIAN PHOTOGRAPHIC PRIZE
Very happy to have all three of my submitted works for the Australian Photographic Prize this year receiving Highly Commended acknowledgement last month in Melbourne.
​
The Australian Photographic Prize is an international photography competition that includes Print and Digital awards, open to professional, amateur and student photographers. It includes live in-person judging for all print entries and top 35 entries from each digital category.
​
My three commendations were in the Digital Single Capture category. One was in my comfort zone of Nature, but the other two pushed me beyond that comfort zone, Architecture, and Portrait (very unfamiliar territory for me), so it was particularly rewarding to be selected from amongst a very and competitive pool of entries, and acknowledged by these Australian and International professional photographers chosen for their extensive judging experience and photographic skill.
